Toni-Ann Ammaturo transitioned to our commercial team in late 2013. At Graham Street Realty, Toni-Ann works closely with our property management team, oversees projects, and assists on transactions.
Toni-Ann first began working on commercial projects for GSR while on the Finance team at HZ, which she joined in 2012. Toni-Ann had previously worked as an accountant for a business services company and an investment management firm. She attended the University of Colorado at Boulder, where she graduated with a B.S.B.A. with an emphasis in Accounting, and completed the real estate certificate program.
Originally from New York, Toni-Ann now lives in San Francisco, CA and is an accomplished downhill skier.
