I am a real estate professional who is committed to going "beyond" your expectations in helping you through your commercial real estate transaction. Whether it be buying or selling a commercial property, land development opportunities or raw land, I have a broad base of experience in many aspects of commercial Real Estate.
Although I help buyers and sellers with homes, my real expertise and experience is working with commercial property owners and investors. I have an extensive background in commercial property management, property development and have the ability to analyze properties for investment desirability. Beyond that I have had experience in residential land development and home building with experience in project management and green building as a certified GREEN Realtor.
I am involved with many local organizations which play a significant role in home ownership in our community such as the Affordable Housing Coalitions committee for Workforce Housing, the Centre County Housing Cabinet, PA and the Builders Association Board of Directors, among others. I also am proud to help other civic minded organizations in our community as the Board President of Centre LifeLink Ambulance Service and Special Olympics PA Summer Games Volunteer Coordinator.
My partner and I started our company, Gambone, Songer & Associates Realty, looking to "reset" the standard for real estate service and excellence in our area. Our mission is to bring together an organization of partners and associate agents who are passionate about what they do, who are always learning and who''''s primary goal is to do the best job they can do for their client. We are off to a great start with our 7 partners/agents with our sites set on helping you with anything you need in Real Estate.
