Tommy Hiles, SIOR joined Lee & Associates in 2011 with more than 30 years of corporate industrial real estate experience. Tommy began his real estate career in 1979 in Atlanta, Georgia while attending Georgia Tech. He has transacted leases and sales ranging from 1,800 sq. ft. to 1,000,000 sq. ft. Since 2005, Tommy has been involved in more than 500 transactions and leased more than 35,000,000 sq. ft. with a gross aggregate lease value in excess of $500,000,000.
Tommy is an active member of the Society of Industrial & Office Realtors (SIOR). His specialized corporate advisory knowledge and experience assists clients in optimizing their real estate and facility occupancy and ownership positions. Tommy is a founding member of the Lee Atlanta Industrial Agency Services Team, established in 2015 to serve industrial property portfolio investors and owners.
