Tomi Jo Lynch, CCIM, SIOR specializes in industrial properties with a focus on landlord representation and investment sales in Northern Nevada.
Lynch has closed over $150 Million in transaction volume. Lynch has a passion for finding value-add opportunities for her clients, providing creative real estate solutions, and operates as a holistic solutions provider for clients.
Lynch has served on the NAIOP Board of Directors. Lynch currently serves as Past President of both CREW Northern Nevada and CCIM of Northern Nevada. Lynch earned her SIOR designation in 2021.
In addition to serving these industry related organizations, Lynch is on the Board of Directors for United Way of Northern Nevada and serves on the Women United committee as an advocate for early childhood literacy in Northern Nevada.
A resident of Reno, NV, Lynch enjoys spending time with her twin girls, forty-niner football, running, skiing, yoga and enjoying everything Northern Nevada has to offer.
