Mr. Wohlsen is a senior property management and facilities expert with over 20 years of experience working with major corporate clients to manage and maintain their commercial real estate needs. He has worked on numerous complex properties and projects, including the conversion of a 750,000 sf single tenant operations center into an integrated multi-tenant facility after the post-bankruptcy break-up of the GMAC residential lending platform.
Prior to joining Somerset Properties, Mr. Wohlsen was Regional Manager with Jones Lang LaSalle managing facilities related services for Ally Financial in PA, NJ, Washington, DC and Canada. Mr. Wohlsen has also held senior level positions with CBRE, Trammell Crow Co., and Summit Bank.
Mr. Wohlsen received a B.A. degree from Bridgewater College. He is a LEED Green Associate.
