Although still in its infancy, metropolitan Arizona has experienced tremendous growth in city living alternatives within the last 15 years. Immersed in this new urban revival since the very beginning, Tom has achieved a broad range of experience including; full service property management of multi-million dollar residential and commercial investments, pre-development land assembly and acquisition, and both new construction and re-sale real estate transactions totaling over one hundred million dollars. The city living lifestyle is not only Tom's business, but also his passion. The Urban Realty & Development Live-Work loft is located in the heart of downtown Tempe at the Brickyard on Mill within the Lofts at Orchidhouse. The loft reflects the nature of the business, but also Tom's devotion to the live, work and play urban lifestyle. Passionate about urban living, modern architecture, modern furniture and design, you may find Tom admiring significant design wherever he travels. Some of Tom’s other activities include amateur photography, golf, weight training, travel, as well as enjoying the city landscape while cruising on his "Vespa". He and his wife of 27 years enjoy live theatre and are season ticket holders to Arizona Theatre and the Phoenix Theatre. In his spare time, Tom has served as the President of several homeowners associations and committees and both Tom and Alicia are active members of Redeemer Bible Church. With over 25 years of real estate experience focused on downtown living in the Valley, Tom is ready to share with you his passionate belief that life is in the heart of the city!
