Mr. Stayanoff is an associate member of Commercial Florida Realty. Prior to joining Commercial Florida Realty Mr. Stayanoff was a Naval Office and Naval Aviator stationed in San Diego, CA. Mr. Stayanoff was employed as an assistant for a commercial real estate appraiser and spent time in 2 other local commercial real estate firms. His areas of specialty are investment, including Sale/Leaseback, and Retail Leasing.
Mr. Stayanoff graduated from Indiana University with a Bachelors of Science in Economics and Mathematics. He is currently the Vice President of the Northeast Florida CCIM Chapter. His professional affiliations include the Northeast Florida Association of Realtors (NEFAR) – Commercial Investment Division, Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) candidate, Florida Association of Realtors (FAR), National Association of Realtors (NAR), Hart Group International and the Jacksonville Chamber of Commerce.
