Thomas Specker is an Associate of Lee & Associates-LA North/Ventura Inc., a full-service commercial real estate company and a member of the Lee & Associates group of companies. As an office leasing and sales expert for more than 27 years, Mr. Specker specializes in the San Fernando and Conejo Valley markets representing both landlords and tenants.
Mr. Specker was most recently named among Lee's Top 10 Performers for his outstanding results in 2009.
Prior to joining Lee & Associates, Mr. Specker served as senior director of leasing and sales at Charles Dunn Company for more than 22 years. He began his real estate career with Crown Zellerbach as a real estate acquisition specialist, where he was responsible for the purchase and disposition of more than 15,000 acres in Louisiana and Mississippi.
