Tom Simmons joined Majestic Realty Co. in 2014 and currently serves as Vice President. He is responsible for overseeing the master planning and development of Majestic’s 2,000-acre Port Grande industrial park in Laredo, Texas, the largest inland port in the United States. In addition, Tom leads Majestic’s joint venture development with Tejon Ranch Company on the Tejon Ranch Commerce Center, a 1,450-acre industrial/commercial complex in California. Helping open a Phoenix office in 2018, he shares responsibility for multiple development projects across the growing Metropolitan industrial market. Working in partnership with Sunroad Enterprises, Tom also manages Majestic’s industrial developments in the Otay Mesa submarket of San Diego including the Majestic Sunroad Center and Landmark at Otay. Tom earned his bachelor’s degree from the University of California at Santa Barbara and a Masters of Business Administration with a focus on Corporate Finance from Chapman University. He is married with two children and resides in Laguna Niguel, California.
