Tom McDonnell joined Shorenstein in 2005. He is responsible for overseeing national leasing activities throughout the Shorenstein portfolio.
Prior to joining Shorenstein, Mr. McDonnell spent 5 years as a Director at Cushman & Wakefield in San Francisco, executing leasing strategies for both tenant and landlord clients including Lowe Enterprises, Mack-Cali and ADCO. From 1988 to 2005, Mr McDonnell was a broker with both Norris, Beggs, & Simpson and Cunningham Associates in Silicon Valley. Mr. McDonnell is a member of CoreNet.
Mr. McDonnell graduated from Santa Clara University with a Bachelor of Science in Commerce (Finance).
