Real estate has been a family tradition with the co-owners, Mamie and Brent Sanders and Tom McArthur combining for over 135 years of experience. Tom McArthur is the principal broker and co-owner of McArthur Sanders Real Estate and a proud native of Williamson County, Tennessee. Tom graduated from Franklin's Battle Ground Academy in 1979 and graduated from The University of Tennessee in 1984. Over the past 35 years, Tom has been directly involved and managed a variety of successful commercial and residential transactions for both Sellers and Buyers that have changed the landscape of the area to include sites for Ovation, Aureum, McEwen, Spring Creek, Carothers Crossing East, D-1 Sports, Drury Plaza Hotel, Mandolin at Stream Valley, Avenida at Cool Springs, The Standard at Cool Springs, Lookaway Farms, Southbrooke, and Arrington Ridge. Tom brings "Hometown" values, knowledge, experience, and relationships to work for you. Tom is also a practicing commercial real estate appraiser enhancing and deepening his experience and knowledge of real estate trends and values critical to clients desiring to buy, sell, or invest in Williamson County and the surrounding Middle Tennessee area. Tom and his wife Vicki currently reside in Franklin and love spending time with family and friends. Tom and Vicki enjoy the outdoors and lake activities.
