Originally from Rochester, NY, Tom attended Mars Hill University in Asheville, NC, where he played Division 2 baseball. He then moved to London, UK for 15 months, where he obtained his MBA in international business. He subsequently relocated to Boston to work as a consultant, which enabled him to get into the investment side of real estate down here. In 2019, Tom moved to St. Petersburg and started as an investor, first working in the residential multi family space. He fell in love with real estate and wants to see other people reach their goals while he makes the buying/selling process as smooth as possible for them.
