John Thomas (Tom) Lightsey, Jr. a native Floridian, has over 28 years of results-oriented sales experience in Residential and Commercial Real Estate Brokerage and Development. After graduating from the University of Florida in with a B.S. in Accounting in 1982, Tom obtained his Broker’s license in 1983. In his 28 years of being a real estate broker, he has been involved of transactions of hotels, restaurants, shopping centers, land and single family homes exceeding over $300 million.
