My philosophy and main objective as a commercial and residential Realtor to my clients is, to provide the highest level of honesty and integrity, and to provide the ultimate service and satisfaction to all parties, in all of my transactions from beginning to end. In March I celebrated my 26th year as a Realtor. I chose Coccia Realty as Rutherford because of its reputation as a progressive and highly honest company, and its proximity to the area that I know best. My motto being "I RIDE WITH THE BEST" I still attend many classes and seminars to keep up with the constant changes in the market.
I specialize in commercial sales and rentals and also have a long time partner, Louise Bloomer, my residential specialist. This offers the knowledge and expertise to overcome any and all problems that may arise in any transactions.
Early in my business career, prior to Real estate, I owned three service stations in Rutherford along with a towing service for the Bergen County, Rutherford, East Rutherford police depts, and The
AAA motor club.
I have been a member of the National Ski Patrol for 35 years and was awarded Ski Patroler of the year for life saving, have an award from the House of Ronald McDonald for donations and support
in serving area children, a life saving award from the Rutherford P.D., also taught scuba, diving at the Passaic YMCA for 5 years.
For hobbies I enjoy sailing, power boating, deep sea fishing, skiing, scuba and snorkeling. With my wife Joan, we are both supportive and active in animal welfare.
Living in East Rutherford 39 years with my wife Joan of 40 years in the home that we purchased together.
