Mr. Harry started his commercial real estate career in 1990 with Brown Stevens Elmore & Sparre and became a partner in 1997. Specializing in land sales, Mr.Harry has been involved in all types of land sales including agriculture, dry graze land, master planned communities, tentative and finished lots, and residential. He has represented and worked with many of the major developers and home builders on multiple transactions in the Sacramento region. His consistent high production has given Mr. Harry a cumulative sales volume from 2003 through 2010 of approximately $482 Million which includes a total of approximately 3,000 acres of pre-development land and 4,710 of residential lots.
