Starting his career while he was a finance student at Walsh University, Thomas Finley has been in the real estate industry for more than 20 years. He complimented his curriculum by completing all related course work for the Certified Property Manager and the Builder Owner and Managers Association.
After graduating, Thomas held positions at Cedarwood companies, Paran Management and the Victor S. Voinovich Company before joining Omni Realty in 1996. By the time he joined Omni he had actively constructed, leased and managed 25 properties in five states that totaled 3 million square feet.
With Omni, Thomas ensures that new and existing developments are built and managed to meet the company’s high standards. He and his team have leasing responsibility for more than 530,000 square feet of the Omni portfolio of office space.
