A real estate development professional with over 20 years experience in developing and managing large scale, mixed-use development projects, Tom Dalcolma is responsible for identifying investment grade real estate for due diligence and immediate sale to clients. With a diverse work experience background, Tom has held key positions at Turner Construction Company, at the consulting subsidiary of The Rouse Company, and at the American City Corporation in Columbia, MD. At Equity, Tom will identify real estate development opportunities, reposition property for sale and market them to meet his client’s needs. Before joining Equity, Tom was President and Owner of Interchange, Inc. As an Owner and Investor, he served as general partner on a number of real estate limited partnerships. As President he provided comprehensive real estate development expertise to developers, landowners, institutions, businesses and public agencies. Some of his clients included Miami Valley Research Foundation, Butler County Commissioners and Miller Valentine Group. In the Columbus area, he held key positions in the development of the Brewery District for Multicon Development Company and Tuttle Crossing for the Edwards Land Company.
