Tom Brubaker is a commercial real estate broker, and has been involved in the real estate industry since 1990. Tom’s focus is on Industrial property (warehouses & manufacturing), yet also sells and leases restaurants, retail space, medical and professional office, land, etc. “There is nothing in commercial real estate I won’t handle competently”. Tom holds five (5) state licenses: two (2) broker licenses, two (2) brokerage corporation licenses, and one (1) appraisal license.
