Thomas A. Boucher joined Property Services, Inc. in 2017 after over 35 years in the residential and commercial real estate industry. Tom leads Property Service’s commercial real estate team in Northern Illinois, with a primary
focus on sales and leasing in Cook, Lake, and DuPage counties. Tom's clients include landlords, owners, buyers, tenants and developers.
Prior to joining the Property Services, Inc., Tom worked as a broker with Entre Commercial Realty, specializing in industrial real estate in the O’Hare market.
From 2000 to 2011, Tom was a principal with Drew Management, Inc; a company specializing in working with the General Services Administration in pursuing governmental leases. Over a 10-year period, the company successfully obtained over $30,000,000 in design/build leases for various government agencies throughout the country. Tom brings a wealth of real estate and entrepreneurial experience that makes him uniquely qualified to help his customers achieve their business goals and work through even the most complex transactions.
