In early 2021, after already having spent 23 years in the commercial real estate industry, Todd began analyzing and then utilizing the accelerated marketing platform of Ten-X. He quickly realized that the breadth and depth of the platform was unparalleled in the industry, leading to a fresh, exciting, and much more efficient way to trade CRE. The realization that the future of trading assets had already arrived inspired him to establish wyze, a first-of-its-kind commercial real estate brokerage.
Todd’s experience began with Pyramid Management Group, the largest privately held shopping center developer in the Northeast, where he was responsible for leasing the firm’s regional and super-regional mall portfolio. From there, he acted as Vice President – Retail Property Advisors at Robert K. Futterman & Associates providing comprehensive leasing, marketing, and consulting services to owners and developers of malls, lifestyle centers, and mixed-use projects across the country. He then served as Principal of Global Property Advisors where he focused on lease negotiation, tenant site selection, mixed-use project development, shopping center re-development, as well as acquisition and disposition of commercial real estate assets.
