In addition to Todd's role at CSW Development, he has been in Real Estate Brokerage for over 20 years representing national and regional retailers with both their expansion and disposition needs. He has been involved in the leasing and development of over 85 shopping centers, encompassing over 8,000,000 square feet of retail space. Todd is on the Board of Trustees for Dell Children's Foundation. He is also a member of Young President's Organization (YPO), the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), Beyond Batten Disease Foundation Development Board, The Littlefield Society at The University of Texas at Austin, Austin Commercial Real Estate Society (ACRES) and The Real Estate Council of Austin (RECA). He has a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Texas at Austin.
