Todd has been in the Real Estate business for over 30 years. First with the Showcase Homes Division of M/I Homes which were a team of semi-custom, single-family, new home builders in the Mid-West. And then moved to Commercial Real Estate in 2007 when the housing market all but evaporated. Prior to Real Estate Todd worked first as a Financial Planner in Los Angeles and Columbus and eventually focused on Estate Planning where he specialized in high income and net worth clients with estates in excess of $10,000,000.
