Mr. Pease is a Senior Vice President in the Cincinnati Ohio office, which includes Dayton, Ohio, and the State of Kentucky. His areas of expertise include tenant representation and agency leasing for office clients. Mr. Pease also provides acquistition, disposition services, and is well versed in site selection and land development.
Mr. Pease has over 17 years of experience in the Greater Cincinnati real estate market. Through 2011, Mr. Pease was with Duke Realty, Cincinnati’s premier commercial land developer and the area’s largest landlord. At Duke, he was responsible for leasing the suburban Cincinnati office portfolio and finding development and disposition opportunities for the company. Mr. Pease was consistently among the company’s leaders in transaction volume, and during his career there he completed over 500 real estate transactions, with values exceeding $100 million. Since joining JLL, Mr. Pease has been a part of numerous acquisitions, dispositions and portfolio evaluations for some of JLL’s largest clients. He has been named CoStar Power Broker from 2013 to 2016. Mr. Pease’s comprehensive understanding of the local office market and extensive background in real estate acquisitions, dispositions, and lease negotiations allows him to provide the highest level of service to his clients.
Education and Affiliations
Mr. Pease holds a bachelor’s degree in public and corporate communications from Butler University in Indianapolis, Indiana. He is a licensed real estate sales person in Ohio and Kentucky. Mr. Pease sits on the Lunken Airport Oversight Board, is part of the Mariemont High School Finance Facility Team, and the Superintendents Advisory Council. Todd is a member of the Butler University Cincinnati Chapter Steering Committee.
