Todd Leger has been in Commercial Real Estate for approximately eighteen years. He specializes in the management, development, and leasing of retail shopping centers, as well as office, industrial and residential properties. He has a successful track record turning around poorly operated and distressed assets for private and institutional clients, and repositioning properties in the marketplace for sale, redevelopment, or long term holds. Presently he is responsible for the management and exclusive leasing of a private real estate portfolio consisting of approximately 1.5 million square feet of retail shopping centers, office, and industrial properties throughout Southern California.
