Todd Law, Vice President of Commercial Leasing and Brokerage, has spent 15 of his 18 years in the commercial leasing industry with Capital Growth Properties. He performs a diverse range of duties for the company, acting as a commercial leasing consultant, landlord and tenant representative, and commercial market analyst, among other roles. He uses his keen financial and analytic skills, expertise, and market knowledge to advise clients in the evaluation of relocation alternatives, lease negotiations, portfolio management, and other strategic planning issues. Across all of his professional initiatives, Todd’s primary objective is to create solutions that align a client’s real estate needs with his or her short- and long-term business plans.
Since graduating from San Diego State University, Todd has been an invaluable member of the CGP team, winning the Salesperson of the Year honor three consecutive years (2012-2014). He has been an equally valued member of various national and local organizations, including the National Association of Realtors, the La Jolla Real Estate Brokers Association, the International Council of Shopping Centers, and the La Jolla Kiwanis Club. When he is not actively engaged in his profession or serving his community, Todd is probably playing tennis or golf, running, hiking, surfing, snowboarding, or reading.
