Todd has enjoyed a successful career in commercial real estate as a broker, developer and investor, during the last 40 years and has completed deals in well over 32 different states, worth well over $500 million.. While his primary experience has been in the investment market, he has experience in residential land development as well as retail and industrial transactions. Todd moved his real estate practice from California to San Antonio, Texas to be with his first grandchild in 2005. He was recruited into a group of experienced commercial dealmakers that were associated with Keller Williams Commercial.
He now maintains an office at the Keller Williams Heritage office in San Antonio, but continues to do deals throughout the United States.
