Todd P. Garrett, CCIM is the Harbor Commercial Partners LLC, expert on investment assets, land, and industrial properties. In 2012, Todd was named the Commercial Realtor of the Year for the Charleston Trident Association of Realtors. Over the last seven years, Todd has completed over 450 transactions in the industrial and land markets. He is one of the area’s top leasing and sales specialists, managing the leasing and sales of over 1,000,000 square feet of office/warehouse space and scores of acres of commercial land. With a Marine’s work ethic and Harvard financial background, Todd offers his clients the highest level of experience and professionalism.
