Todd Faber focuses his entrepreneurial activities on commercial real estate consulting, as well as business development for Fortune 1000 companies and smaller technology startups. He has a proven track record of successfully completing transactions on behalf of his clients. This success stems in part from the fact that Todd recognizes the need for his clients to be able to concentrate on their core business practice. Most importantly, Todd understands that the most crucial aspect of his role is to provide timely and efficient advice to ensure that his clients never lose focus on running their business.
Prior to founding The Faber Group, Todd spent three years as commercial real estate broker with The Codman Company where he represented numerous companies in telecommunications, banking, high tech, pharmaceutical and medical devices, venture/LBOs, legal and non-profit. At Codman, Todd continued to hone both the entrepreneurial spirit he developed while in law school and the value and importance of strong business relationships.
After successfully litigating over 200 cases of reported child abuse as an assistant district legal counsel for the State of Florida in Miami, Todd was involved with his first significantly complex entrepreneurial experience running a “startup” for Miami-Dade County. He was hired to take a fledgling interagency truancy program and expanded it from 16 elementary schools to over 200 in less than 16 months. In this role, Todd worked with multiple agencies on numerous fronts and developed an intense appreciation for the intricate problem solving skills required to ensure the success of the program.
Todd is a licensed commercial real estate broker in Massachusetts and he is admitted to practice law in both Massachusetts and Florida. Todd received his juris doctorate from of The University of Miami School of Law and his undergraduate degree in psychology from Skidmore College.
Todd has spent much of his time during the last eight years working on fundraising activities with a number of local charities. Most recently, as Co-Chairperson of the first Annual Drive Fore Success Golf tournament benefiting YearUp, Todd raised over $300,000. Prior to his involvement with YearUp, Todd raised over $600,000 as a six time chairperson for the Massachusetts Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Children’s Annual Drive Fore Kids golf tournament.
When not engaged in his numerous entrepreneurial and fundraising activities, Todd spends the remainder of his time at home in Sudbury with his wife and two young daughters.
