Bio
Todd Eyler specializes in the disposition of surplus property, restructuring and mitigation of leased real estate, property valuation and due diligence of both leased and fee owned real estate. He also plays a vital role in the valuation of real estate assets for lenders, investors and private equity.
In addition to his role as an analyst and dealmaker at A&G Realty Partners, Eyler is a member of the firm’s Acquisition and Business Development teams.
Before joining A&G Realty Partners, he was a Director at DJM Realty. Prior to that, he worked on Wall Street as an Investment Banking analyst. At DJM, Eyler had been involved in the valuation and restructuring of leases on a nationwide basis for over 30 retailers and is responsible for the successful mitigation of over 1,000 leases. Projects included Winn Dixie, Blockbuster, Advance Auto, 84 Lumber, American Laser, and Shopko.
Eyler is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers and the Turnaround Management Association - Next Generation.
