Bio
Todd J. Drowlette is the Managing Director of Titan Commercial Realty Group. Todd has spent 18 years in the commercial real estate industry. Todd specializes in retail real estate throughout the northeast, representing both landlords and tenants alike. From independent, single property landlords to start up businesses to multi-national retailers to publicly traded REIT’s, no client is too large or small. Todd works diligently to deliver the best possible results for every client every time. Todd’s tireless work ethic and ability to problem solve in difficult situations have made him one of the country’s most successful brokers. Todd has served on both Siena College’s Associate Board of Trustees and Board of Advisors, where he graduated from with High Honors in 2003.
He holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing/Management and is actively involved in Siena College’s Center for Innovation & Entrepreneurship. He has also been an adjunct professor and faculty member lecturing in the School of Business. Todd received the Albany Business Review’s Forty Under 40 Business Leaders Award when he was 29 and was recently inducted into The Maddalone Entrepreneur Wall of Success at Siena College. Todd has also appeared on Fox Business News’ nationally aired show “The Intelligence Report” with Trish Regan, has appeared on ABC Television, and has been interviewed on multiple nationally syndicated morning radios shows.
