Tod has been with Szeles since 1987. In addition to overseeing our management staff, Tod is responsible for leasing and lease renewals at all of our facilities. Tod also is the project manager for the fit-outs of our tenants' suites, providing our clients with single-source responsibility. From the moment they select Szeles to the time they occupy their suite, Tod is there to help our clients' transition to their new space.
