I am responsible for the management of thirteen commercial and mixed-use properties within the Wood River Valley encompassing Ketchum, Hailey and Bellevue Idaho. Specifically, I oversee all scheduled maintenance including HVAC, landscaping, snow removal, plumbing and electrical etc. Job duties also entail organizing yearly HOA meetings packets, creating invoices, profit and loss reports, balance sheets and securing bids for capital improvements relevant to each property. In the leasing aspect of Eagan Real Estate, Inc., I am responsible for managing all current tenants, the marketing of all available space(s), the drafting of Letters of Intent, past due rent notices, Amendments to Lease, and executing new leases for all retail and office locations.
