Theodore Claassen, Jr. (“TJ”) is a graduate of the Barrett Honors College and the W.P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University. He has a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and a Bachelor of Arts Minor in Economics. His Thesis, “Building a Real Estate Empire,” outlined the many opportunities within the real estate market to develop seller financing programs during the downturn while providing outstanding returns to investors. He has been an active licensed real estate agent since 2005 and is skilled at financial analysis, market research, project evaluation and property disposition. At MCW Holdings, LLC, a Scottsdale, Arizona, real estate development and investment company, Mr. Claassen specialized in the acquisition, disposition, investment, and asset management of residential and commercial properties throughout Arizona and Michigan. As Associate Broker for OX Urban Properties, Mr. Claassen focuses on commercial real estate, investments, development and brokerage of mixed use office, retail, and residential space.
