Tina Lopez, Broker/ Owner serves as Director of the property management department for Legends Realty, a Central Florida based full service sales and property management company. We service communities in and around the Orlando metro area including the counties of Seminole, Orange, Volusia, Osceola and Lake counties. She also has served multiple years on ORRA's Grievance Committee. She currently serves on the Board of Directors for FloridaRealtors and a supporter and regular attender to REALTOR Days in Tallahassee.<br /><br />Tina was the 2011 President of the Orlando Chapter of NARPM - the National Association of Residential Property Managers. She was a two time recipient of the President's Award, the Rising Star Award and continues to be one of NARPM's most distinguished members.<br /><br />For fun Tina is also a certified Jazzercise Instructor. The original aerobic exercise class, Jazzercise, combines dance, strength training, yoga, Pilates, and kickboxing movements into one fun and effective total body workout. Jazzercise Instructors are positive motivators, providing easy-to-follow cues and safety reminders.<br />
