Tina has 29 years of Title Company and Industry experience including the role of Escrow Officer and Branch Manager. Tina DeMartini affords experience in Refinances, Resales, 1031 Tax Deferred Exchanges, Commercial Sales, Co-Op’s, TIC’s, Subdivisions and Construction Loans. Most recently, and for the past decade Tina spent her career working in Sonoma Valley and Petaluma in Business Development and Account Management for a local Title Company where she sharpened her Sales skills and earned and maintained top market share throughout her tenor. She previously worked in Marin, San Francisco and Napa Counties.
Since 2007, Tina has been the CFO and Co-Owner of DeMartini Electric Inc., which is a family owned and operated business established in 1989. Beyond her CFO and Co-Owner Responsibilities Tina handles all Human Resources and Marketing. DeMartini Electric Inc. specializes in High End Custom Residential and Commercial Electrical Services.
