Tim Vogds is an Executive Vice President with CBRE in Dallas, Texas, where he specializes in industrial and value office/flex occupier advisory services. Mr. Vogds joined CBRE as a summer intern in 2003 between the first and second year of the full time MBA program at Southern Methodist University. He continued to work part time during the second year of the MBA program, and joined CBRE on a full time basis in May of 2004. Prior to enrolling at SMU, Mr. Vogds spent two years with Dell Computer Corporation in Austin, Texas, where his responsibilities promoted extensive development of the sales and finance skill set he still relies upon today.
