Timothy Veler is a recognized leader in Commercial Real Estate and has provided thoughtful, value-filled real estate advisory services since 1994. After receiving his bachelor’s degree in Communications from North Carolina State University in 1989, Timothy served as a law enforcement officer for nine years before retiring.
He founded Veler Investment Real Estate Group in 1994 and has worked in industrial, office, land, and multi-family commercial real estate advisory since that time. Prior to joining SVN, Timothy worked at Transwestern for a little over a decade before strategically aligning with SVN to form SVN Veler Commercial. He resides in the Dallas, Texas area with his family and specializes in providing first-in-class market knowledge to commercial real estate clients nationwide.
Timothy Veler is passionate about synchronizing his clients’ real estate needs with their business goals. With decades of ownership and real estate experience, he serves his clients with a genuine passion for education and personalized support. He focuses on commercial real estate investments and is responsible for the acquisition, disposition, and management of privately held and publicly held commercial investment properties. Timothy’s unique ability to understand his clients’ goals and fulfill their needs within market-driven timelines ensures that his clients’ transactions are personalized to them and handled efficiently and professionally every time.
His leasing and ownership clients have included project leasing for LINK Logistics Industrial, Prologis Inc. (local partner to global tradeTM), and many local and regional investors, landlords, and business owners. From Mom-and-Pop shops to global industry giants, Tim has the skills and commitment to provide real value to his clients and help them achieve their unique goals.
His commitment to education and service shines through his industry involvement and interactions with his clients and community. He has served on the CCIM Institute Board of Directors, Texas Realtors Board, North Texas Commercial Association of Realtors (NTCAR) board, Metrotex Commercial Committee, NAUMS (National Association of University Model Schools) Past President and current board member, and WIBN (Wrestlers in Business Network) Vice President of the Texas chapter.
