Tim Sansone joined Sansone Group as a courier while still in college. After obtaining his BSBA degree from the Olin School of Business at Washington University in 1988, Tim joined the firm full time. He went on to earn his Masters of Finance from St. Louis University in 1992 while taking night classes. Tim started his career at Sansone Group in leasing and maintenance/construction oversight.
Tim made an immediate impact at Sansone Group, as he identified the land for the development of what is now Dierbergs Heritage Place Shopping Center in Creve Coeur while also working on acquiring and redeveloping The Plaza and Shoppes at Sunset Hills with his father in the early 1990s. The Sunset Hill’s Centers were the firm’s first institutional joint venture. After working full-time for 30 years overseeing multiple departments and developments, Tim decided to focus solely on the multifamily division of Sansone Group, which has grown over 400% in the last five years.
