Born and raised in San Diego, Tim has had a love for the outdoors. He started a construction career right out of school, working for local contractors to gain valuable job experience. Tim obtained his General Contractors license in 2004 and fulfilled dreams of starting his own business. Over the last decade he has worked through-out California and Nevada specializing in residential and commercial construction. With ever-changing market conditions, Tim later decided to expand his knowledge and obtain a CA real estate license. His construction expertise, real estate training, and local market knowledge has uniquely qualified him to help others with all their real estate and construction needs.
