Tim Quigley joined NAI Cohen-Esrey’s Office Properties Group in 1998, and very quickly learned the skills of helping people find office space to rent. He has broadened his expertise by helping the landlords of several high profile properties in the Kansas City metro area get their properties leased. Quigley has had leasing responsibilities for south Johnson County properties such as: Leawood Fountain Plaza, located at College Blvd. & Nall; Building 20, a 112,000 sq. ft. property located at Lowell Ave. & 110th Street and the ADM Milling Building, a 55,000 sq. ft. bldg. also located at Lowell & 110th Street. He has been involved in the sale and lease activities of Kansas City office properties, focusing primarily on the Central Business District, Country Club Plaza and Johnson County territories. Quigley has provided tenant representation for many local businesses as well as owner/landlord representation for large institutions such as UBS Realty and American Spectrum Realty. Quigley represented Kaiser Permanente in the disposition of properties in the Kansas City metro area. He currently represents Fisca Oil Co. in its disposition of gas staion properties across the country.
Prior to entering the commercial real estate field, Quigley spent ten years in trust banking, serving both UMB and Bank of America (formerly NationsBank). His banking responsibilities included employee benefit plan sales and customer relations for large, strategic accounts.
Quigley is a 1983 graduate of the University of Kansas, earning a bachelors degree in accounting. Upon graduation, he received his certified public accountant certificate and practiced as a CPA for four years.
A native of Kansas City, Quigley brings a wide network of contacts to assist in serving his real estate clients. His sales and accounting background are additional assets in client representation.
