Tim is responsible for managing all the equity and debt relationships of the company as well as chairing the company’s Investment Committees. Tim has over 30 years of real estate experience. His prior experience includes serving on the board of directors at Preferred Apartment Communities REIT, where he also chaired the Audit Committee. He also served as the Executive Vice
President of Post Properties, where he led their IPO.
Tim, a native of St. Petersburg, Florida, received his undergraduate degree in Accounting and his MBA in Finance from the University of Florida. He is a Certified Public Accountant.
