As Vice President of Leasing & Development, Tim has the primary responsibility to lead, direct and oversee all leasing and development activities for the portfolio including third party brokerage services. Prior to The Staenberg Group, Tim spent over twenty five years with Westfield and CBL. His major accomplishments include the redevelopment of several regional shopping centers across the country, leading the Airport Concession Management division at Westfield, which developed, leased and managed retail and food & beverage programs at various major U.S. airport locations, and the negotiation and acquisition of the retail space lease at the World Trade Center. He is a graduate of the University of Missouri-St.Louis with a Bachelor’s in Business Administration with a major in Accounting. Tim is passionate about giving back to the community and advises several St. Louis nonprofits.
