After several years in the advertising specialty business, Timothy worked for Delta Air Lines. It was there he discovered and created his concept of selling gift certificates from local, regional and national restaurants and entertainment venues at an easy one spot kiosk located in the malls during the holidays. After selling tens of millions of gift certificates twenty-five dollars at a time he retired the concept in 2005.
Timothy coached high school football at a very competitive level for a decade, helping buyers and sellers is a lot like coaching and he love helping people onto the next phase of their lives. He have been nominated for the past several years as the CABR "Realtor of the Year" and he is very fortunate to have clients and associates that feel that way about his business. He have been able to bring his marketing, promotion, and technology background with him into the real estate field and feel it offers Timothy an advantage in selling homes.
