Tim has been the anchor of the C&W industrial team for eighteen years. He concentrates his efforts on acquisitions, representing tenants and buyers of flex/office, manufacturing properties and distribution centers; his projects have involved over 100 million square feet in transactions valued over $3 billion dollars. He has led his team's successful efforts in representing major companies such as United Technologies, Edac Technologies, Jade Jeans, APS Technology Inc., Aetna, Bozzuto's and disposition work at several industrial parks: Manchester Industrial Park, Airport Industrial Park and Berlin Commerce Center among others.
Tim continues to transact business throughout the region and is credited annually with many of Connecticut's largest industrial transactions. Some of Tim's clients include Aetna, General Electric, Winstanley Enterprises, Bozzuto's, Pitcairn Properties, Tishman-Heskin Realty, Assa Abloy and Tomasso Brothers, Inc.
Tim is a graduate from the University of Connecticut with degrees in both Political Science and History. He is a former board member of the Greater Hartford Association of Realtors Commercial Council and a founder of the Commercial Broker's basketball league. Currently, he is a board member of Shuttle Meadow Country Club and heavily involved in coaching youth sports in his hometown of Berlin.
