Tim Brogan has more than 23 years of commercial real estate experience, representing clients locally and nationally in the office and industrial segments of the market. Mr. Brogan focuses on industrial real estate in the eastern half of Pennsylvania, where he specializes in all facets of the market, including tenant and landlord representation, lease negotiation, build-to-suit analysis and property sales. When he joined the firm in 1994, Mr. Brogan was responsible for developing and implementing a marketing strategy that resulted in the expansion of the company into the central Pennsylvania I-81 corridor industrial/warehouse market. He played an integral role in building the company's tenant and building database for this area as well as implementing a comprehensive market research program which allows for historical and real-time market insight. Through Mr. Brogan's efforts, the firm has emerged as one of the premier brokerage firms on the I-81 corridor in Pennsylvania. Mr. Brogan has been involved in transactions with a broad range of clients including The Hampshire Companies sale of its 110,000 sf building in Morgantown; SP Industries lease extensions and expansions in Warminster; WEG Electric Motor Corp in its 171,325 sf lease; Higgins Development Partners in its sales of 68 Green Mountain Road in Hazleton, and 1700 Ritner Highway in Carlisle; Road Bay Investments, LLC and Moran Industries, Inc. in the sale / purchase of a 504,321 sf building in Mechanicsburg; XO Communications Services 50,000 sf lease renewal in Reading; Liberty Property Trust in leasing 439,000 sf at 1485 W Commerce Drive in Carlisle; ProLogis in leasing its 870,000 sf building in ProLogis Park 33; Key Logistics Park, LLC in its land sale of 86 acres in Newville; and Ames Department Stores in the sale of their 1.2 million sf distribution facility in Leesport.
