Tim has over 15 years of commercial real estate experience in both the private and public sectors. In his current role as Director - Leasing, Western Canada (REMS), Tim delivers data-driven leasing solutions that meet the unique needs of his private and institutional clients. Throughout his career, Tim has worked with a variety of asset classes, including office, retail and industrial properties. Having worked on both the landlord and tenant side, Tim has a strong perspective to work collaboratively with all stakeholders involved for a successful outcome.
Tim is currently licensed to trade in BC and Alberta and holds the Rental Property Management license in BC.
