Prior to his tenure at Terrus, Tim held the position of Assistant Director for Asset Management and Development in the Eastern region of the United States at Principal Financial Group. In this role, he demonstrated exceptional leadership and acumen in various real estate sectors, including Central Business Districts, suburban, office, industrial, retail, and multi-family projects, collectively totaling over 20 million square feet with a market value exceeding $2.5 billion and $100 million in development activities.
Throughout his career, Tim served in a range of vital roles within Principal Financial Group, including team leader and regional director for the northwest and upper mid-west regions. He also contributed to portfolio management for the General Account of Principal Financial Group and played an instrumental part in acquisitions and dispositions.
