Tim Willett has over 15 years of experience in the Commercial Real Estate Brokerage field. His focus is on Investment and Owner-User properties throughout Northern California, with a concentration on Fuel Stations and Convenience Stores, as well as highly visible and accessible pad sites. Throughout his career, Tim has worked with clients to ensure a positive experience and outcome. His experience ranges from representation of some of the largest institutions in the world to small individually owned properties and businesses.
Tim is a lifelong resident of the San Francisco Bay Area and now resides in Danville, in the East Bay. He is a husband and father of three young children. Outside of real estate, Tim enjoys spending time playing and coaching various sports including soccer and tennis. He is licensed with the NSCAA (National Soccer Coaching Association of America), as well as being certified with the Positive Coaching Alliance. Additionally, Tim donates his time and energy to the Danville-Sycamore Valley Rotary Club.
