Mr. Weber is responsible for the accounting, financial reporting and human resource functions of Pope & Land. As Chief Financial Officer, Tim advises in the areas of acquisitions and dispositions of property for the company.
Mr. Weber has more than 35 years of experience in commercial real estate in the areas of development, property management and commercial construction accounting. He joined Pope & Land in 1997 after 16 years of working on large scale projects in various cities in Florida and Georgia.
Mr. Weber has a bachelor’s degree from the University of South Florida and earned a MBA in Real Estate from Georgia State University. He is also a certified public accountant licensed in Georgia since 1988.
Mr. Weber is a member of the Georgia Society of CPA’s in the Real Estate Division. He is also a member of the American Institute of CPA’s (AICPA), the National Association of Industrial & Office Properties (NAIOP) and the Real Estate Investment Advisory Council (REIAC), Southeast Region.
Mr. Weber resides in Sandy Springs with his wife and has two grown children.
