Tim has held a variety of roles in real estate including underwriting, property management, asset management, marketing, and company leadership. Before founding Caddo Holdings in 2009 with Dustin Schilling and Justin Engler, Tim worked for several real estate developers and a private equity fund. As President of Caddo Office Reimagined, Tim heads up asset/ property management and marketing for Caddo's unique neighborhood office / coworking product.
